The Great North Museum: Hancock's Halloween Sleepover will be full of exciting activities including creepy crafts, a terrifying trail, spooky story time, phantom forest school, dungeon disco and a delicious hot buffet beastly feast for teatime. 

Then it's time for stories and bedtime amongst the museum objects, dream of ancient worlds, deep sea adventures with a narwhal or swinging through the rainforest with a family of orangutangs.

Spooky Night at the Museum

Calling all monsters, witches, ghosts and ghouls, big and small. Our much-loved Halloween party is back and promises to be more spooktacular than ever!

Dress in your best Halloween costume and join us for a frightfully fun evening packed with family-friendly thrills. 

You'll have two hours to dance beneath the iconic Turbinia, explore a haunted museum after dark, and enjoy a host of spooky activities for all ages.

Discovery Museum | Friday 30 October, 4-30-6.30pm (little ones) or 7.30-9.30pm (older children) | £8 per child, £6 per adult | Suitable for adults and children aged 4-12
