About

We have invited a very special guest to help us launch our Treasure: Hidden, Lost, Found exhibition. Dr James Dilley is an experimental Archaeologist who founded ‘Ancient Craft’, an organisation focused on connecting people to their prehistoric heritage through interactive experiences, high quality replicas, and a wealth of knowledge of prehistoric lifestyle skills. For our opening weekend of Treasure Dr James Dilley and Emma Jones will lead a living history display in the museum, they will be able to speak to visitors about the materials seen in the Treasure exhibition and discuss how these items would have been used in prehistoric daily life.
