The Museum will be full of Halloween activities for you to try.
Take part in some autumnal forest school activities in our garden with Scotswood Community Garden (12 noon–4pm).
Learn about fungi and creepy crawlies from the team from the Environmental Records Information Centre (E.R.I.C).
Listen to terrifying tales of local lore from the menacing Moss Troopers.
Make a life-sized origami bat or draw a potent potion in our 'Scribbles and Sketches' station.
Complete the spine-chilling spider trail around the museum.
Speak to our expert antiquities team and learn about local archaeological finds, from grave goods to weapons and even a witch bottle, there is loads to learn about local history at this stall.
Treat yourself to some delicious Halloween treats in the café then dance away in the drop in Halloween disco surrounded by dauntingly delightful decorations.
Make a Punkin Pumkin bath bomb with our friends from LUSH cosmetics. Additional cost of £4 per person applies (please click here for a full list of ingredients).
