About

Suitable for ages 16+.

Take a mindful pause this spring with Breathe and Blossom as part of the National Trust Blossom Festival. Led by Yoga teacher Rosalind Beaumont, this workshop invites you to explore the Great North Museum: Hancock’s indoor and outdoor spaces through a fresh lens - one of curiosity, awe, and calm.

You'll go on a slow, sensory wander, with moments of stillness to notice the beauty around you.

Drawing on simple, Yoga-inspired breathing practices, this workshop offers time to reflect, refocus, and connect with the natural world in bloom. No prior experience is needed - just an openness to breathe deeply, move slowly, and welcome a sense of peace.

Delivered by Newcastle University, this event is part of our strategic cultural partnership with the National Trust, celebrating nature’s quiet power to inspire and restore.
