Our usual opening hours are 

  • Wednesday 1.15pm – 4pm
  • Thursday 10am – 4pm
  • Friday 10am – 4pm

Tyne & Wear Archives is closed on Bank Holidays. 

Please bear with us, as Blandford House, home to Discovery Museum and Tyne & Wear Archives, is undergoing specialist roof restoration and the building is eclipsed by scaffolding. 

Tyne & Wear Archives is operating as usual.
