Do you want to have a go at creating your own Roman Face pot?

Explore our Roman Gallery to find out more about the different types of pottery that the Romans used. Children will discover what different pots were used for, and how they were made and decorated before creating their own Roman Face pot to take home with them.

This activity is aimed at children aged between 7 and 11 years old. We ask that parents are responsible for children on their visits and accompany the children on the visit. We suggest that younger siblings aren’t in attendance, except for babes in arms. This is due to room capacity.
