Inspired by this summer’s Borderline Funny exhibition which explores how Hadrian’s Wall has been immortalised in cartoons, families can meet Beano cartoon artist Nigel Auchterlounie in a cartoon workshop.
Nigel is a writer and comic book artist.
Most notably he writes the scripts for the weekly Dennis and Gnasher strip in the Beano, and draws the Numskulls. Which he maintains is a proper job.
