About
We're giving you longer to view the exhibition which accompanied Monet's The Petit Bras of the Seine at Argenteuil (1872), which visited the museum as part of the National Gallery Masterpiece Tour.
Although the Monet artwork is no longer on display, the exhibition focuses on the power of art and nature, exploring themes of calm, retreat, and resilience and explores how artists past and present engage with nature.
Discover artworks from the collections of South Shields Museum & Art Gallery, Laing Art Gallery, and Shipley Art Gallery, alongside pieces co-created by EBSA young people, teachers and local organisations.
