About

Aromatherapy oils (essential oils) are derived from plants, including flowers, fruit and leaves. In this class you'll discover a range of oils which can be used to support wellbeing. You'll learn how to safely use them, and explore which scents make you feel relaxed, calm or uplifted. You'll combine your own blend of oils in a rollerball applicator, which you'll take home in a gift bag. The rollerball can be carried with you and applied to pulse points when your wellbeing needs a boost, or gifted to a loved one who needs a little calm.

Please note: This class is designed to support wellbeing, but does not constitute healthcare or medical advice.

Allergens: Some oils are not suitable to use for certain conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure etc. You will be given a questionnaire at the start of the session to ensure all oils used are safe for you personally.

This class is run by wellbeing practitioner Jan Ashburner, who is passionate about combining calmness with creativity. This autumn, around World Mental Health Day, we invite you to explore wellbeing through creativity in a range of workshops run by Jan. Take a look at our workshops.
