Join us at Segedunum Roman Fort for Museum takeover activities. 

In the morning (10-11.30am), children will find out more about the museum and some of the roles which our members of staff have to be involved in. 

In the afternoon (12.30pm-2pm), they will have the opportunity to take over or support staff in some of their roles. Invite a member of your family to come and see them in action from 1pm onwards. 

This activity is aimed at children aged between 11 and 16 years old. We ask that parents are responsible for children on their visits and accompany the children on the visit. We suggest that younger siblings aren’t in attendance, except for babes in arms. This is due to room capacity.
