Enjoy a night of crafting and creativity led by Gateshead based makers, creators and organisations.
The evening will be a showcase of activities that take place both within the gallery and beyond, including local creatives, groups and live music.
Highlights include:
- North East Modern Quilters will be back presenting their colourful quilts and running demonstrations
- Equal Arts will be showing some of the work they do at the Shipley and beyond working with older people in Gateshead
- The Painting and Drawing group will be demonstrating different painting techniques and you can have your portrait drawn by a member
- The National Trust will be running a creative activity inspired by their blossom programme.
- There will also be live music from Side by Side Arts choir between 7-8pm
- Urban Bakery will be selling baked goods and a paid bar.
