About

This half term we're getting creative and inspired by the decorative artworks on display.

You'll create fabulous wearable artworks, with patterns and designs inspired by the artworks on display.

Tuesday 20 February - Wonderful Weaving:

  • Weave an ornament or necklace using wool and lollipop sticks.
  • Create a woven paper artwork to display on your wall.

Thursday 22 February - Jewellery and Hats:

  • Create a colourful crown using a paper plate.
  • Thread your own necklace or bracelet using cardboard straws and string.

Seating is on communal tables but a quieter space can be provided by prior arrangement for those who need it - please contact Hannah.Mackay-Jackson@twmuseums.org.uk
